Elizabeth has a Masters degree in Education as a Reading Specialist from the University of Texas in Tyler. She is a Licensed Dyslexia Therapist in Texas and a Certified Academic Language Therapist. She is the Director of Professional Development for Lexercise where she mentors dyslexia specialists in training. Elizabeth has over 20 years of teaching experience ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade. Elizabeth is skilled in providing individualized, targeted instruction to meet the unique needs of each student. She begins with a thorough skills assessment to identify areas of strength and areas of need. Elizabeth will build on your child's strengths while filling in the gaps and giving your child tools to be successful. She works together with parents and teachers to meet the needs her of students. Elizabeth is the Director of Lightworks Learning Center.
Stefanie has a M.S. from Louisiana Tech University. She has over 15 years of teaching experience. She excelled in the Lexercise Structured Literacy Practicum where she completed 100 hours of training. Stefanie is a certified Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist. As a classroom teacher and a parent of a child with Dyslexia, Stefanie is committed to using her expertise and knowledge of Orton-Gillingham Structure Literacy to help children learn to read. Her warm and caring demeanor is contagious. Stefanie is the Assistant Manager for Lightworks Learning Center.
Greg has a B.A. in History from Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland and a M.Ed. in Special Education from Wilmington University in New Castle, Delaware. Since 2007, Greg has taught students of all ages with various learning differences in the US and international settings. Greg is a skilled and dedicated educator with extensive experience working with special needs students, including those diagnosed with dyslexia, autism spectrum disorder and multiple disabilities. Greg has certification in both Orton-Gillingham Methodologies and Applied Behavior Analysis. Greg is very patient, kind and develops a wonderful rapport with students and parents.
Cyndy has a B.S. from the University of Connecticut and K-6 Teacher Certification from Central Connecticut State University. Cyndy is a certified Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist. Since 2011 she has instructed students from elementary through high school in public school, homeschooling, and private school settings. Her goal is to meet the individual needs of each student and provide the tools and strategies for each one to become a successful and confident reader.
Shanadee has a Bachelor's degree in Special Education from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. She has a Virginia professional License in Special Ed/General Ed. Shanadee has over 15 years of teaching experience ranging from Pre-K through 5th grade. Shanadee has experience in and completed coursework involving, positive behavior strategies and teaching students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She completed course work in providing an Orton Gillingham structured literacy, multisensory intervention, during a 13 week practicum. She is a Certified Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist. Shanadee is skilled at finding positive and creative ways to support students when anxiety and behavior threaten to derail learning. She employs persistent patience in offering learners additional time and multisensory methods to succeed in reading
Daniel has a B.A. in History from San Diego State University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Alcalá, Spain. He has over 9 years of teaching experience. Having taught abroad in several countries, he thrives on making connections with students from diverse backgrounds. He aims to use this understanding of unique learning styles to impact students through structured literacy. He completed course work in providing an Orton Gillingham structured literacy, multisensory intervention, during a 100 hour practicum. He is a Certified Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist.
Rae Lynn has over 15 years of teaching experience in public, private, and homeschool settings. As a Certified Academic Language Therapist, she completed an extensive training program with a 700-hour practicum.
Noel has a BS in Marriage, Family, & Human Development from BYU and MA in Educational Studies from WGU. She has over 18 years of experience. She enjoys working with students from 6 months to 5th grade in public and private schools in special education. Noel helps her students overcome learning barriers and fall in love with reading. She completed course work in providing an Orton Gillingham structured literacy, multisensory intervention, during a 100-hour practicum.
